Campbell County Master Plan
The Master Plan drawing consists of the overall building phases for expanding and improving County facilities over the span of the next 50 years.
Phase I, which is currently underway, consists of a number of facility improvements including the construction of the Citizens Services Building which will house the Treasurer, Commissioner of Revenue and Community Development offices. A new maintenance building and renovations and additional construction to the existing courthouse are included in Phase I of the project.
Phase I is completed while Phase II and III and IV are projected in the next 15 - 20 years and Phase V in 20 - 50 years in the future.
